In Reply: We thank Drs Parker and Sydes for bringing the RADICALS trial to our attention. At the time our study was published, we were not aware of this trial and gave the impression that there were no active trials comparing adjuvant vs salvage radiotherapy. We are encouraged that the UK National Cancer Research Institute and the NCI Canada Clinical Trials Group have undertaken this important trial and look forward to hearing more about it.
Financial Disclosures: None reported.
